The UK aims to charm China and London.cn launches
London’s Mayor Boris Johnson has unveiled an official Chinese language website which is designed to showcase London as a tourist and study destination to China’s 600 million internet users, in a year when London is set to break records again for Chinese visitors.
His visit coincided with that of Chancellor George Osborne to the Chinese capital.
The Mayor and the Chancellor both spoke to students at Peking University and underlined the UK’s interest in forging strong bonds in China.
