Living
Upon your arrival in the UK, airport transfers to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole can be arranged, if required.
A private car can be arranged on your arrival in England at a cost of:-
- £185.00 from Heathrow Airport
- £205.00 from Gatwick Airport.
Alternatively, airport transfers are available by National Express coach, or train at prevailing rates.
Stay with one of our fabulous homestay families at a cost of £145.00 per week in Low Season and £175.00 per week in High Season. You will be provided with breakfast and evening meal. Laundry and all household bills are also included.
Please note that if you are not taking an English language course with one of the IEA language schools listed and you are going straight into employment, then there will be a one off administration fee of £120.00 for placing you with a homestay family, which is payable before your arrival in the UK. If you are taking an English language course, then the placement fee is included in the course fees.
We would suggest that you stay with a homestay family at first, whilst you decide where in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole you would like to live. However, we can also help you to find alternative accommodation, subject to availability, such as university halls of residence, hotel accommodation, Bed & Breakfast, or private and shared rental accommodation at the prevailing market rates.
