The International Education Association (IEA) / Bournemouth Area Hospitality Association (BAHA), Youth Mobility Scheme Working Holiday programme is a great opportunity for young people to spend up to two years in the UK living, learning and working. Finding a job in the UK can be a challenge but we can provide access to many paying jobs and to a free certificated training programme. This exciting programme gives Working Holiday/Youth Mobility Scheme visa holders from 11 participating countries the opportunity to obtain paid work and free on the job training in the hospitality sector here in the towns of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole on the beautiful south coast of England. When the candidates return home they will have:‐

• Improved their English skills (in the event that English is not their first language)
• Obtained paid work
• Been trained and assessed in a variety of departments in the hospitality sector
• Developed their resume
• Received certificates
• Built a Hospitality Career Portfolio
